Promoter Background.
Mr Sanjiva Bennur experienced IT Professional having more than 20 Years of IT experience in development and testing, worked for reputed companies like Grasim and Samsung, started mobile application development company Loginics Labs Pvt Ltd. during Q4, 2014 at Bengaluru (INDIA). His main interest to develop application in health care ecosystem using latest technologies given new product called L-MCARE. He believes increased transparency in clinical services given to patients increases trust between different stake holders of the medical health care ecosystem. Although this innovation is different from present practice in health care, by digitising whole process, every options of clinical software (like prescription, treatment process, patient assessment and billing that brings information under one application.

With using of L-MCARE Application by all stake holders of health care ecosystem, the end user satisfaction level increases in health care ecosystem, in turn create general platform between all stake holders in health care system for continuously improving quality of treatment process and services and reduce costs in medical care system.
Goal:
A: Pre planning of treatment procedures which can reduce life threating risk by using our health data by doctors.

For Doctors –
Easy to track on health of the patients through patients APP by continuously monitoring messages, suggest alternative medicine message if prescribed medicine is not available through Pharmacy store app for your patient and Test results directly entered in to patient file from diagnostic lab APP for doctor registered users.
Takes few seconds to configure appointment slots wherever you are practising.
Doctor can configure many appointments slots as per pre planned schedules with time slot for each patient per day. Patient can retrieve your slot and can book directly wherever you practice.
Patients can book appointments directly going to Doctor Scheduler appointment wherever you practice, wherever the patients belong (Urban as well as Ruralarea), the patients can reschedule appointments instantly without disturbing doctor schedule. Doctor also can reschedule appointments in case of emergency by just sending message.
E-Health file
For doctor helps to react in emergencies on treatment using digitised information.
Generic public health File stored in server can be fetched by any doctor anywhere during confirmed appointment time only. So easy to maintain the patient’s data in centralised server with back up in 5 different locations. For Patients any time anywhere can take print out in case of emergency using health Kiosks installed in Hospitals.
Message Box
A SMART approach for your communication needs
Message box contains messages selected on different categories; these messages originate from doctor, patient, pharmacy shop and diagnostic lab, each time sender sends message to receiver, the message is pending for action at receiver end, the message loop get closed only after sender satisfies with reply from receiver or vice versa.
All messages stored in server and retrieved at any point of time. This is cost effective and showing highest value on health related issues.
For diagnostic labs entering test results becomes easy using our application.
Diagnostic labs can now directly enter the patient test results if already registered by doctor, this application give window to enter data directly from your test labs on logging into our application and test results updated in patient health file.
We do not host L-MCARE on our servers. We did not scan it for viruses, adware, spyware or other type of malware. This app is hosted by Google and passed their terms and conditions to be listed there. We recommend caution when installing it.
